What is included for £9 a month?

Pro includes 100 AI quotation and invoice drafts per calendar month, 12 guided business templates, your business branding, saved documents, editing, duplication, browser PDF printing and data export. The workspace limit is 500 documents in total.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Create an account without a payment card to use 3 AI quotation or invoice drafts per calendar month and manual quotes and invoices. You can explore template questions and draft previews before subscribing. New business-template saves and PDF printing are Pro features.

Are the agreements solicitor-approved?

No. TradeGantry provides original working drafts and document preparation tools. Agreement templates have not been approved by a solicitor and must be independently reviewed for your project and jurisdiction before signing or relying on them. The other templates are business records, not certifications.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Open Plan & billing in your account and choose Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. You can still access, edit and export documents already saved to your account; new business-template creation requires Pro. A separate initial 14-day full-refund offer applies; contact the operator to request that refund. See the subscription policy for notice and timing.

Does TradeGantry send documents or collect my customers’ payments?

No. You review, print or save a PDF and share it yourself. Payment reminders are drafts, and receipt and invoice payment statuses are records you enter. TradeGantry does not verify customer payments or provide electronic signatures.

Is VAT added to the £9 price?

No. £9 is the total monthly subscription price. STAR LED LIGHTING LTD is not VAT registered. Optional VAT fields on documents are for your own business when you are registered and the tax treatment is appropriate.
